Sistr (“Sistr”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in compliance with this policy. This Policy explains what information we collect when you access or use the Sistr mobile application (the “App”) owned by PARODIST AI L.L.C-FZ and related services (collectively, the “Services”), how we use and disclose that information, and your rights in relation to your information. By using or registering with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information about users of our Services:

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Information you submit when registering or using the Services — e.g., email, username, profile photo.
  • Transaction details and related financial information (where applicable).
  • Correspondence records (e.g., support requests).

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage details: interaction with the App, traffic logs, features used, etc.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, IP address, unique identifiers.

We also use third-party analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the App over time.

  • Filtering objectionable content: When a user reports a post, it is immediately filtered out for that user.
  • Reporting & blocking: On the detailed view of any post, users can tap the three-dot menu to access “Report Post” and “Block User” options.
  • Blocking abusive users: If a user blocks another user, all of that user’s posts are hidden from them.
  • Moderation action: We review reports daily and take action within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending offending users.

Our Services allow you to upload and share photos. If you choose to upload photos or other content that includes people other than yourself, you must make sure that you have their clear permission before doing so.

By uploading or sharing such content, you confirm that:

  • you have obtained the consent of any person shown in the photo or content;
  • you understand that posting images of others without their consent may violate their privacy or legal rights;
  • you accept that Sistr may remove content or suspend accounts if we believe this rule has not been respected.

If you are not sure whether you have consent, please do not upload the content.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data;
  • Object to or restrict processing;
  • Request portability;

Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy are subject to final and binding arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Arbitration Rules, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed under those Rules. The seat of arbitration is Dubai, UAE, and the arbitration language is English.
